This project consisted of the renovation of an apartment in Bellevue, Washington, designed for a single man. The goal was to create a contemporary, functional, and warm space that reflected his modern lifestyle, combining natural materials with a clean and elegant aesthetic.

The concept was based on a neutral palette with wood and stone accents. In the social area, the open-plan design integrates the living room, kitchen, and dining room, enhancing visual connection and comfort. The kitchen features natural wood cabinets paired with dark granite countertops, while the bathroom—finished with veined marble and indirect lighting—conveys a sense of serenity and sophistication.

Overall, this renovation achieves a balance between functionality and design, resulting in a modern and inviting home, ideal for an urban and contemporary lifestyle.
